http://www.AUTM.net This is the well known site of The Association of University Technology Managers. It contains a wealth of information including surveys from past years, sample contracts and agreements, course materials etc.

http://www.onecle.com This web site has proved useful to me in the past because it contains a rather large collection of REAL agreements arranged by category. Unfortunately, many have California State Law as the jurisdiction. This conveys some “unique” features to the contracts.

http://pubs.acs.org/cen/ Chemical and Engineering News is a great source of current information relevant to the Chemical industry which is hard to get in one place anywhere else. The older issues are online and are available to the general public. Some articles require a “subscriber login”. American Chemical Society members are automatically subscribers.
